Fulfillment Policy

At Renovaris, LLC, we care deeply about providing a positive, supportive, and reliable experience for everyone we serve. To help things run smoothly and respectfully for all clients, we’ve outlined some important policies about how our therapy and coaching services are scheduled, delivered, and managed.

What We Sell

Renovaris, LLC provides professional therapy services delivered by licensed mental health professionals and coaching services focused on personal growth, career clarity, and goal-setting. Therapy services involve clinical care and follow legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards. Coaching services are non-clinical and intended for personal and professional development, and are not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment.

Full descriptions of each service, including session lengths and delivery methods, are available on our website. Most sessions are 45 minutes long unless otherwise agreed.

Purchase Currency

All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). This currency applies to all services, packages, and any applicable fees.

How Services Are Provided

  • Therapy sessions are conducted by licensed professionals via secure video sessions, based on your preference and availability.

  • Coaching sessions are delivered by video or phone.

  • After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the session date, time, session length, and video link.

Scheduling and Payment

  • Appointments can be booked through the contact form, via email at mary@maryunverferth.com, or by phone.

  • Therapy session payment is due following the session, using a credit card kept on file.

  • Coaching sessions must be prepaid when booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, HSA cards, and Zelle.

Coaching packages are typically paid in advance and are non-refundable.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

We understand that life happens.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full fee.

  • Rescheduling is available via email or phone, based on availability.

Refund Policy:

  • Completed therapy and coaching sessions are non-refundable.

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to use all sessions within their package to receive the full benefit of the program.

  • If Renovaris, LLC needs to cancel a session, you’ll be offered the option to reschedule or cancel without penalty if within the 48-hour window.

Legal or Export Restrictions

Renovaris, LLC does not currently offer therapy services outside of the United States. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that receiving services complies with local laws or licensing requirements.
